2018 Membership Convention!

Please mark down your calendars for the first annual statewide LTA membership convention! Join us in Baton Rouge as we discuss what LTA has been up to this year, plan for the future, swear in our new chapter-nominated board members, and elect our 2018-2019 Board President and Vice-President. RSVP on Facebook today if you’ll be attending or email dylan@latransadvocates.org

Who is welcome?

Anyone in Louisiana who identifies as trans and/or nonbinary (and our significant others, parents, family, and close friends) who wants to learn more about the fight for trans liberation in our state! LTA is not a dues-paying organization, and anyone who wants to be a member is a member!

Nominate a board member:

LTA Chapters may each nominate one trans person from their local community to serve on the Board of Directors and to be sworn in at the meeting on May 26. If you’re interested in being nominated by your chapter, please review our board agreement to see if the commitment is right for you.

Chapters: let us know who your chapter nominee is before May 21 at 5 p.m.
