Join us for Louisiana Trans Advocates' Lafayette social support group for transgender men and women and significant others, families, friends, and allies (SOFFAs).
Everyone's invited! Anyone who identifies anywhere on the transgender spectrum, including, but not limited to, male to female (MTF), female to male (FTM), crossdressers, and gender variant and genderqueer people, as well as all SOFFAs are welcome. Feel free to invite your friends, but please, be thoughtful in inviting people as these are closed and private discussions.
It going to be awesome! No, seriously. It's a great way to meet other trans-identifying people and get support from others who deal with similar issues in day-to-day life. It is helpful to have people at all stages in their personal process lending support and giving advice to one other.
And after the event, everyone is welcome to join us for drinks or dinner! The group will decide together on a location.
